Chef's Secrets: Bistro Bites

Join us for another installment of Cleveland & Woodley Park Village's free behind-the-scenes cooking program highlighting our local restaurants. It will be held via Zoom so you can watch from the comfort of your home!

September's event will feature new local restaurant Bistro Bites, (2623 Connecticut Ave NW) which brings together the flavors of two native cuisines: French and South Indian, which have evolved 5,000 miles apart but share long and tasty traditions.

Bistro Bites features French-inspired sweet and savory crepes; along with rice and daal (black lentils) for the “crêpes de fusion” that represent their interpretation of the dosa-based recipes of southern India.
