The first is a beautiful framed original watercolor painting of the historic and iconic neighborhood building, The Kennedy-Warren, by local artist and Village volunteer Barry Lindley. The painting is valued at $325, is 7.5" x 11" and framed at 12" x 16". You can purchase it from the Village for $200 (Or best offer).
