Tuesday Talk: Designers explain new library concept

The 2021 Tuesday Talk series kicks off at 7 pm on Tuesday, January 19th, with the design team responsible for the new Cleveland Park Library building. No registration required.

Matthew Bell and Tim Bertschinger of Perkins Eastman DC will discuss how the building was conceived, what aspects of neighborhood context informed the design, and how the concept evolved from first ideas to realization. Brian Kelly, chair of the architecture program at the University of Maryland and a Cleveland Park resident, will moderate the discussion.

You can watch on YouTube.
