While some recent encouraging reopening data was skewed by reporting delays, DC’s weekly case data continues to trend downward, according to Ward 3 Councilmember Mary Cheh. As such, our city is headed toward fully reopening. Earlier this week, Mayor Bowser announced capacity restrictions will be lifted soon.

New Immunization Record Portal
Last week we posted information on what to do with your CDC vaccination record. This week we’ve learned that DC Health has launched an online record portal to make it easier to access your vaccination record in a pinch! The program is called DC MyIR, a HIPPA-compliant online portal that provides District residents with secure and free access to their official COVID-19 vaccination records. The portal allows users to view and print official copies of their vaccination records at any time and will be especially helpful for circumstances where a resident will be required to provide proof of immunization.
District residents who received a vaccine through DC Health or a healthcare system located in DC can take advantage of this service. To register for DC MyIR, please click: here. Village members who need help registering may request volunteer help by contacting the office at 202-615-5853.
