Volunteers: Here's How to Update Your Helpful Village Profile

When volunteers log-in to Helpful Village, you have the option of updating various information on your volunteer profile. To access your profile, first hover over the icon in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage, then click on “My Profile” in the drop-down menu.

This will bring you to your main profile screen. To update your volunteering preferences, make sure you have selected the “Contact” tab and then click the “Edit” button. You can also upload a photo of yourself on this screen if you wish.

On the next screen, you can edit your home address, phone number, emergency contact information, which volunteer activities you'd like to receive notices for, and your availability. Once you are finished making your updates, click save!
