Chef's Secrets with 3321 Bistro

April will bring the chance to both welcome and check out one of our newest neighbors in Cleveland Park, 3321 Bistro! They are located where Lavandou used to be. However, stepping through the doors will bring you south of the border. Far, far south of the border. 3321Bistro offers classic Tex mex dishes but continues south with Bolivian salteñas and Cuban Ropa Vieja.

You can check out this new neighbor from the comfort of your home on Wednesday April 21 at 3pm via our new Zoom program on local businesses. While we are starting with restaurants, we’ll be exploring others in coming months. Last month we got an inside peek at Sababa’s which offers fabulous Egyptian cuisine in a lovely dining room or rooftop terrace.
