Sandy Rubin

After a 20-year teaching career in New York City, Sandy relocated to DC where she owned several neighborhood shops, including the Woodley Park card and gift shop All Wrapped Up. She is delighted to observe the vital role the Village has had in building a spirit of community - of "neighbors helping neighbors" - among its members, volunteers and supporters.
