Honora Precourt

A 30-year resident of Cleveland Park, Honora has been actively involved with the Village since its early days—recruiting members and organizing fundraisers. Prior to her recent retirement, Honora was the Manager of the Sibley Senior Association, where she helped seniors remain active, engaged, connected, and well-informed as they embark on new chapters of their lives. Honora credits her altruism to the example set by her mother, who quietly helped neighbors in her hometown of Port Washington, NY. “The many benefits of supporting the Village were reinforced for me during COVID. I volunteered to grocery shop for a couple living near me. Who knew I’d become dear friends with them and develop a close friendship with their daughter in Connecticut? The impact is so personal and ripples through communities.”
