Alex Todd

Alex is US Director at Options Consultancy Services, which focuses on strengthening health systems in partner countries. Previously, she worked in sexual and reproductive health and rights, as well as family planning, in both development and humanitarian settings for USAID and its implementing partners. Alex is a passionate advocate for improving health access for marginalized communities. “My mother, Ruth Merryman, was an active member and volunteer for the Village and I’m dedicated to carrying on her legacy of supporting those in our community who feel most isolated.”
