For those of you that suffer through winter as I do, it seems like spring (and more light) will be in our near future!  This week, I was able to go for my first run outside which is always preferable to the dreaded treadmill. From Frank...Every February we celebrate Black History Month. Next Thursday, February 19th, we've arranged a special lunch and subsequent tour of Frederick Douglass' home in Anacostia. There is no cost for the transportation and admission to the museum. We will leave from the Broadmoor Coop. Apts.
