Reminder to Volunteer Drivers: The Village Needs Your Driving Records.

The Village's insurance policy requires us to keep up-to-date records of each volunteer driver's insurance policy declarations page and driver's license. Since insurance policies are updated every six months, drivers will receive notices from the Village requesting new copies of the declarations page each time it expires. Please look out for these notices and be sure to scan and send us copies of your updated documents whenever necessary. This ensures that volunteer drivers will be covered by the Village's insurance policy, and is required in order to continue driving Village members.
