Woodley Park resident takes over as Village Executive Director
The Village is pleased to announce the arrival of its new Executive Director, Frank Finamore. Frank will be making the rounds at our events in an effort to meet as many of you as possible, and has already been popping up at Village activities! Later in the year, once he is settled into his role, we will have a welcome reception for him.
Frank is a long-time resident of Woodley Park and as the spouse of a foreign service officer, he’s also lived in Mexico and most recently, Nova Scotia, Canada. Frank holds a masters degree in organizational development from American University and has worked previously for the federal government, private industry, and the non-profit sector. Most importantly, he lives in a three-generation household and is committed to maintaining seniors as an integral thread of the fabric of our community.
When he’s not working, you might see Frank walking his two rescue pups, Lucy and Rosie. He’s also an avid cook and is hoping to revive his Spanish proficiency.
