Tom Helinski

Tom has lived in Woodley Park since 2003 and spent most of his career in development at the Urban Institute, NPR, CSIS and Catholic University. "Had a village existed in their Baltimore County neighborhood, my parents would certainly have benefitted -- and I would have had greater peace of mind over many years.  I am so pleased to now be a part of the Village dynamic."  Tom serves on the Development Committee.
