Volunteer Tip: Reporting Volunteer Hours

Following each fulfilled service request you will be asked to complete a brief survey regarding your experience with a member. This is your opportunity to share any concerns you have. In the event you finish a service and have significant concerns for a member’s wellbeing, please contact the office at 202-615-5853

Additionally, you can use this form to report how much time you spent on each request. The Village tracks such information, and we ask that each volunteer reports their hours spent at the end of each service. Please see the image below for guidance.
