Sometimes a volunteer might sign up for a service and realize that it's not ideal for their schedule or just not a good fit for various reasons. If this happens, it is okay to cancel! Just please let both the member and the office know immediately and with enough notice so the request can be re-listed. You can notify the office by sending us an e-mail or by calling 202-615-5853 if it is more urgent. We want our volunteers to enjoy their services to the Village and be able to do things on their own schedule.
