Use Our Web Calendar to Register for Village Events

The Village is now utilizing our online events calendar to track attendee registrations. This is a wonderful new tool that will help us keep track of participants and helpfully remind you of events you've signed up for.

You can also use the calendar to access Zoom links for regular member events such as Yoga, Stretching, French Group, Book Club and so on. If you are an event regular we will automatically register you each week so that you will receive reminders whenever you have an event coming up.

STEP 1

To register for an event, click here or navigate to "Calendar" from the main menu. Then, click on any event on the calendar you would like to register for. This will bring you to an event page, like this one:

STEP 2

Click the red button that says "Register for this event." On the next screen, click the red button that says "Register." (Do not click the button that says "Sign-in," as we are not using this feature.)

STEP 3

On the next page, you can add your name to the registration list. Members Plus can use the drop down menu to indicate if you need a ride, and Volunteers may use it to indicate if they can provide rides to members to the event. (Remember not to click "sign in".)

Then click "Register for this event" one more time and you're all set! You will receive a confirmation email upon registering.

If you need assistance in registering, always feel free to call the office at 202-615-5853 and we can help out.
