Due to the recent surge of COVID-19 cases caused by the Delta variant, along with studies of transmission by vaccinated individuals, the Village has updated our indoor events and masking policies to reflect the current situation.
Out of an abundance of caution because of the population of older adults that we serve, we will require masks to be worn by all attendees both indoors and outdoors at any Village-sponsored event, regardless of vaccination status.
We will also temporarily pause any activities, such as our Lunch Bunch, where the activity would prevent the wearing of masks.
All volunteers and members are asked to continue wearing masks both inside and outside at Village-sponsored events.
We thank everyone for their cooperation and patience as we navigate through the current stage of the pandemic.
