DC Free Covid-19 Testing Schedule

The city has made changes to the free Covid-19 testing offered at the firehouse north of us 4930 Connecticut Avenue NW, which is Engine House 31.

Testing will now be offered at Engine House 31 for extended hours: 2:30 - 7:30 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This is to accommodate the greater number of people who now want to be tested. The wait time for results is still 3-5 business days.

In addition, testing will be offered on the Sunday after Thanksgiving from 12-4 pm.

Also starting this week, the District hopes to collect insurance information in an effort to recover the testing costs from insurance companies. However, the tests will remain free and no one will be turned away or charged to be tested.
