Volunteer Tips: Confidentiality

One of the most important aspects of working with Village members is helping to respect and maintain confidentiality. We ask that volunteers refrain from discussing information about the members they serve with anyone except office staff. Even if you don't use someone's name, in such a small community it could be easy for people to know who you are talking about. In turn, we ask that members also respect the confidentiality of our volunteers.
