We want your input! The DC Villages are asking Village members across the District to respond to the first city-wide Village survey.

This is a completely confidential survey and we’ll never see your individual responses. But what we will get from the cumulative information is a better understanding about the impact the Village has on the life of our members, the level of satisfaction with the services we provide and insight into future needs we can address.
