Please join the Village and Anne Dawson, certified Wilderness First Responder, for a guided walk of Tregaron Conservancy in the Japanese tradition of Forest Bathing.
This is intended as a time to experience the forest and meadows of Tregaron in a very special way. Gather at the pond at 1pm and then attune to the natural environment quietly with our senses - touch, sight, hearing, smell. We will start with some gentle movement to prepare for the walk and then set off along the paths. Along the way we will pause to enjoy some poetry and prose. We will also incorporate some breathing techniques that center on calming, and end with some reflection and a moment of rest. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Register here.
